Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange it for another piece of equal or greater value. Exchange requests must be made within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order. Exchanges are carried out when it comes to parts that have not been used or washed and are returned in their original condition.

If you want to exchange the item you purchased, you must follow these steps:

– send an email to [email protected] indicating the order number, which product you wish to exchange and which new product you wish to receive.

– items must be sent to our address, which will be indicated by email, using the original packaging, which must be in perfect condition.

– if the product you want is in stock, it will take up to 5 working days to ship. You will receive a confirmation email with the new shipping number. If the item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as it becomes available.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item. Return requests must be made within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order. Returns are carried out for parts that have not been used or washed and are returned in their original condition.

If you want to return the item you purchased, you must follow these steps:

– send an email to [email protected] indicating the order number and which product you want to return

– items must be sent to our address, which will be indicated by email, using the original packaging, which must be in perfect condition.

– if the return is confirmed, the value of the item can only be returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase within a maximum period of 30 days.

– the shipping costs associated with the return are the customer’s responsibility. two to woo does not assume any responsibility in case of loss or damage occurred when sending the returned product.

SHIPPING

shipping and delivery times

After making the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number. As soon as your order leaves our premises, you will receive another email with the shipment number. Your order will be shipped within a maximum of three working days after the order is confirmed. If for any reason the shipment is delayed, we will send you an email to let you know.

Orders are shipped through CTT. For other countries, shipping is via a carrier (DHL/FedEx). If delivery is not achieved by CTT, you will receive a notice to pick up the order at the nearest CTT post.

Delivery times for your order are as follows:

– Portugal (Continental): 2 to 5 business days

– Portugal (Islands): 2 to 5 business days

– European Union: around 10 days

– Rest of the World: around 30 days

Payment methods

Bank Transfer, ATM Reference and Credit Card. After completing your order, your parts will be manually reserved by our team and payment details will then be sent via e-mail. If payment is not made within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.

Shipping costs

The amount corresponding to the shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order. Before finalizing the order, you will be able to view the total amount to be paid, including shipping and VAT.

European Union: 6,50€

Rest of the World: 10€
